Procurement

We purchase the best hybrid maize and sortex rice variety from all over India, especially keeping in mind the seasonal variations.

Manufacturing

With over 30+ heavy machinery operating in the manufacturing unit, each grain goes through an extensive process of multiple cleanings, fibre separation, degermination and milling to various sieve sizes to suit the needs of the whole spectrum of food manufacturers. ​

Laboratory Testing

Making product quality the foremost priority, the processing material is tested four times for conducting various tests such as sieve analysis, moisture content measurement, black particles count, sensory evaluation etc.

Packaging

Only Food Grade packaging material for the packaging, storage and transportation of materials is used. For example, Poly woven sack with LDPE 200 liner gauge, on inside as well as outside, is sealed & stitched before transportation.
